hi there brian.
i hope you have managed to get back those files? there is a programme that can revoer lost or deleted files called photo recovery genius that will do the job. these programmes are quite slow but they do a pretty good job. you may not get them all back as often they are damaged on deletion, of course that is if they were deleted and not accidentally hidden.... fingers crossed

Famagusta 1967,we were young and we were free and the world was our oyster. Cyprus was still undivided, the brandy sours were so tasty and the sand hot. Oh what joy it was to be there ,carefree and living for the moment. . That's me in the green shirt and Billy Leatherbarrow is taking my picture while I snapped him, Roger Evans and Owen the deck boy ,sitting at the beach bar of the King George Hotel,

I took his picture when I was on the Oti in 1967.It was early morning at Apapa and this pair of fishermen were heading out to who knows where, I thought the colours were a perfect blend of brown. Only came across it this afternoon; first it's been seen in 40 years,

Got some like that somewhere Brian, taken at Pepel while on the "River Afton " loading iron ore in 1960. Must dig them out.

Great pic Brian. A real son of the sea by the look of his rig.

If you delete everything after the forward slash it takes you to the home page. I did this as I was not able to load it otherwise. Hope I have not interfered with it for you.
