Do a search for KB3035583, double-click it, and then click Yes, to uninstall the update.

Did a search but no results. Think I have progressed into zombie territory between reserving and deleting the program.

Problem I have Tomarse is that I downloaded W10 then reverted back to 7 so now keep getting the pop up window on start up. Not really a problem but will sort it out when I re format the hard drive and reinstall 7 in the future.

an update to the above...
i found that the update code KB3035583 was downloaded again automatically after a while and the upgrade prompt returned.

so this is what i done.... went to windows updates and turned off automatic updates and changed it to download but let me choose which to install then uninstalled update code KB3035583 .... when this update is automatically downloaded again click on view updates in check for updates click on it and select hide update code KB3035583 untick to stop install
